The 98th Convention began with members welcoming new members with the opportunity of venturing into a new frontier of professionalism. In today's world where the globe has shrunk, the National Beauty Culturists' League Incorporated remained strong in the continuance of diligently providing the very best educational instructors in the National Institute of Cosmetology (NIC), by enriching student matriculation toward higher levels of knowledge and skills.
