Join a local and state affiliate of the National Beauty Culturists' League, Inc., and hold current memberships in all three organizations. Take classes through your state affiliate's education program.
Take continuous education classes through the National Institute of Cosmetology, sponsored by the National Beauty Culturists' League, Inc.

When is the Graduation Ceremony?
A graduation ceremony is held at the National Beauty Culturists' League, Inc. Annual Convention every year. The convention is usually held the middle of July.
