  • 11:30am – 12:30pm Board of Directors Meeting

  • 12:30-1:30 pm Theta Nu Sigma Meeting with Pledgee’s

  • 1:00-2:30 pm Lunch on Your Own Time

  • 2:30 – 4:00pm Official Convention Opening with BVC Members Marching In Announcement of 2025 -26 Appointees

  • 4:00 – 5:00pm Coronation Practice

  • 4 pm Trade Show Set Up
  • 4:00 to 5:00 pm The Designer’s Guild Meeting Hickory Room#

  • 7:30 -12:00pm Parade of States (POS) Theme: Wild, Wild West A Throw Down for the Showdown between the States and immediately following POS - Sigma Nu Theta Fraternity “A Night to Remember” Theme: Keep Your Boots on the Ground and come have a good time with the Fraternity

  • 7:00– 8:00 am Registration is Open then Closed for Youth for Beauty Breakfast, Closed for Lunch at 1:30 - 2:30 pm then reopens.

  • 7:00 - 8:00 am NBCL Women’s Ministry Morning Devotion by Rev. Dr. Suzette Robinson

  • 8:00 – 9:30 am Youth for Beauty Breakfast & Better Speakers Contest “Theme Resilience after the Pandemic” (YFB Members Wear Red top and White Bottom and white shoes)

  • 9am – 7:00 pm Trade Show Time -Monday thru Wednesday

  • 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Queen & King Deadline Report Time in Presidents Room

  • 8:00 am – 4:00pm IOC Classes (Student Lunch 12:00 – 1:00 pm) (Any Student participating in Youth for Beauty Better Speaker’s Contest or Theta Nu Sigma Dawn Breakfast must have permission to attend and be given their time to return back to class by the IOC Director of Education)

  • 2:30 – 4:00 pm Theta Nu Sigma Sorority Meeting (Soror’s are advised to be in proper attire)

  • 2:30 – 4:00 pm Sigma Nu Theta Fraternity Meeting

  • 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm Theta Nu Sigma King and Queen Coronation -State Presidents may wear Green or Gold and the Raffle will be drawn on tonight!)

  • 10:30 am – 2:30pm Registration Last Day and report from Presidents

  • 8:30-10:30 am Theta Nu Sigma Sorority Dawn Breakfast Time. -Students attending will be given a time to be return back to class by IOC Director.

  • 8:00 am – 4:00pm IOC Classes (Lunch 1:00 – 2:00 pm)

  • 9am – 7:00 pm Trade Show Time - Monday thru Wednesday

  • 2:30 – 4pm General Assembly

  • 7:00pm – 12:00 am. President Banquet - Line up for Banquet Head Table at 6:15pm

  • 8:00am – 10:00am IOC Class - CPR Certification Cost $40.00 per person except for Registered IOC Students. This CPR Class is opened to everyone that wants to be Certified

  • 9am – 4:00 pm Trade Show Time -Monday thru Wednesday

  • 11:00am – 12:00pm 1:00pm – 3:30pm IOC Graduation Practice IOC Class

  • All students must attend to Graduation
  • 4:00pm IOC Graduation
