Having served as the President for twenty years, it has been a time of challenges that I did not overcome alone.  I kept Jesus Christ as my guide along with my family, dedicated members, their family members, and business associates.  With their prayers and words of encouragement, WE remained strong in our Faith to remain united to continue the Legacy of the National Beauty Culturists' League Incorporated and the Institute of Cosmetology (IOC).  By Strength and Grace, each year Theta Nu Sigma National Sorority and Sigma Nu Theta National Fraternity stood steadfast in acquiring growth for serving all humankind in demonstrating the real meaning of sisterhood and brotherhood.

I kept my faith by not trying to make changes at once and choose the one that needed to be done first, and that must be done always to Retain and maintain the National Beauty Culturists' League Incorporated building located at 25 Logan Circle N. W., Washington, D.C. 20005.  I sincerely appreciate the fact that I stood solid on the foundation laid by the great wisdom of the Pioneers in communicating not only with members of this great organization, but to always place emphasis to others that this is the only kind of organization in this world, and that the Institute of Cosmetology (IOC) is number one with its curriculum for professional growth in the beauty industry.

I have enjoyed being the Servant Leader for twenty years.  And, now I step aside in support of another Leader, and it is my prayer that Jesus Christ will help us to remember all that we have learned from the past years that has been beneficial, we will unite to continue building because it is okay to ask for help.  My most Valuable gift as President to serve this wonderful organization is the Time that Jesus Christ granted to me.  Prayerfully, I made a positive difference as a Servant Leader molded in
